The Seplat Chairman said this while addressing shareholders and other stakeholders during the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting held in Lagos on Thursday, where the Board announced a dividend distribution for shareholders with US$59 million paid out in the 2019 calendar year (10 cents per share).
