Mr Roger Brown at opening of ceremony of #NAPE2022

Nigeria’s leading indigenous energy company, Seplat Energy Plc, has attributed its exponential growth over the years to well thought out strategies, strong governance practice and dedicated people, stressing that the quest to develop Nigeria and the support from the Nigerian government remain very cardinal. The Chief Executive Officer, Seplat Energy, Mr. Roger Brown, said this whilst speaking on a panel session at the Nigerian International Energy Summit (NIES) in Abuja dubbed ‘Transformative Deals and Nigeria’s Upstream Future’.

The NEPL/Seplat Energy JV successfully hosted the 2025 Seplat Education Summit on February 27, 2025, at Homeville Hotel, Benin, Edo State. Themed “Transforming the Education Workforce: A Critical Success for Nation Building,” the summit brought together key stakeholders to explore sustainable solutions to Nigeria’s education sector.

Seplat has concluded the first phase of its training programme for journalists and media practitioners in Nigeria. The first phase of the programme covers thirty-seven energy and judiciary correspondents come editors.
