Seplat Energy is Nigeria’s leading independent energy provider, listed on both the Nigerian Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
Since our inception in 2010, we have built an energy business based upon hydrocarbon production in the Niger Delta, exporting oil that supports Nigeria’s economy and delivering gas to power its homes and businesses.
In 2019 we became the first Nigerian company to acquire a UK-listed peer, Eland Oil & Gas Limited, to strengthen our portfolio. In 2021, we were directed by our Board to explore ways to drive Nigeria towards renewable energy.
