2024 Social Performance Report
This report, titled "Transforming Lives Through Energy," is our inaugural Social Performance Report. It highlights our commitment to local communities and demonstrates the transformative effect of our efforts to improve access to energy, healthcare, education, and economic opportunities across our supply chain and throughout Nigeria.
The report outlines our social impact in alignment with our corporate strategy, shares the milestones we have achieved in our ongoing efforts to comply with the community development requirements of the Petroleum Industry Act, and highlights the changes we have implemented—from our flagship Corporate Social Investment initiatives to our employee and vendor engagement efforts.

2023 Sustainability Report
Seplat Sustainability Report 2023, Delivering Shared Value, follows the same reporting process adopted for previous editions. However, this year we are also reporting on our ISO26000 endorsement for Corporate Social Responsibility.
The report contains our sustainability stewardship, and highlights our sustainability goals, strategies, challenges, progress, and achievements.
This 2023 report underscores our steadfast commitment to build a sustainable business and deliver energy transition for Nigeria.
2022 Sustainability Report
Seplat Sustainability Report 2022, Responsibly Driving Nigeria’s Energy Transition, follows the same reporting process we've adopted for previous editions. However, this year we are also reporting as an ISO 55001 certified company – the first energy company in Africa to have achieved this certification.
